Helping organizations turn their climate ambitions into workforce action

Forward-thinking organizations have bold climate commitments.

Few have figured out how to activate their workforce to deliver on them.

Andiamo Advisory helps organizations navigate this exact challenge.

We bridge the gap between climate strategy and the culture change needed to make it happen. With expertise spanning leadership development, change management and product & service design, we help organizations turn their climate ambitions into workforce action.

Services

  • You've set ambitious sustainability goals, and now you need a workforce strategy that can actually deliver them.

This is true whether you’re tackling:

    • Supplier engagement & capacity building

    • Embedding circular design principles

    • Cross-functional ESG data collection and reporting

    • …you name it!

You’ll need people across your organization to work differently, collaborate with new partners, and build new capabilities. This doesn’t happen by accident, but by deliberate, thoughtful action.

Together, we'll design a comprehensive workforce engagement strategy from the ground up. I'll help you identify the key stakeholders, capabilities, and organizational changes needed to turn your sustainability ambitions into operational reality.

    Solutions may include:

    • Stakeholder engagement

    • Listening campaigns

    • Goals and KPIs design

    • Process mapping and redesign

    • Team or role design

    • Training & development,

    • Activation workshops

  • You know what your workforce needs to learn, but struggle to translate it into training that that sticks and drives real behavior change.

I’ll work with you to design and deliver training experiences (live or virtual) that engage people and leave them feeling confident and ready to work differently.

    Recent example:

Andiamo partnered with Environmental Defense Fund to prepare their 2025 Climate Corps Fellows for high-impact placements across F500 organizations. We co-designed a workshop and on-the-job playbook on stakeholder engagement and change leadership, tailored specifically to the scope of the fellowship projects.

Result: Fellows launched into their roles with both the skills and confidence to drive immediate, measurable progress.

  • You’re facing quiet resistance, uneven adoption or well-intentioned efforts that don’t quite stick.

Sustainability change efforts fail when leaders focus on the strategy but skip the “how” of people systems that make the change actually happen.

I’ll diagnose where your efforts are breaking down across my PATH framework:

    • People (skills & mindsets)

    • Alignment (shared vision & incentives)

    • Tools (processes & infrastructure)

    • Habit (sustained behaviors)

Once we have a clear picture, I’ll design a plan that addresses these barriers in practical, effective ways.

  • You know that your ambitions are bigger than your current leadership capability, but you’re not sure where the gaps are or how to close them.

Whether you need to develop your own leadership skillset or build out a high-performing team that can bring your strategy to life, I can help you diagnose what’s missing and how to build the capabilities that matter most.

    Services include:

    • Executive coaching & 360 assessment for sustainability leaders

    • Team design: roles & responsibilities, decision rights, rewards & recognition

    • Mission, Vision, & Values alignment

    • Goal formulation and cascade through your team

    • Leadership Competency framework design & implementation

    • Facilitation of leadership offsites & strategic workshops

  • For Climate Tech, Product or Services Providers

You’ve built deep expertise on a core climate skill - but designing a learning experience that actually changes behavior requires different skills entirely.

Drawing on my background as a leadership development practitioner and a start-up operational leader, I'll help you transform your technical knowledge into learning products that are pedagogically sound, commercially viable, and genuinely impactful.

    What I'll do:

    • Design learning experiences using proven adult learning principles

    • Structure content for maximum retention and application

    • Create assessment and measurement frameworks

    • Develop pilot programs with built-in iteration cycles

    • Ensure your product meets corporate learning standards

  • For Climate Tech, Product or Services Providers

Corporate learning buyers think differently than your usual customers—they care about ROI, scalability, and integration with existing L&D infrastructure, in additional to your technical expertise.

I'll help you understand what matters to HR and L&D buyers, craft compelling value propositions, and shape sales processes that actually close deals in the corporate learning market.

    What I'll do:

    • Map the corporate learning buyer journey and decision criteria

    • Develop ROI frameworks and business case templates

    • Create sales materials tailored to L&D language and priorities

    • Design pricing models that work for enterprise buyers

A unique combo: With 15+ years across Fortune 500 consulting, global hospitality, and high-growth tech, Jenny brings a distinctive perspective to her advisory work: she's been on both sides of the table. As an executive responsible for scaling teams, hitting revenue targets, and delivering real business outcomes, she developed an intuitive understanding of what actually works when organizations are under pressure to transform.

That operational lens means she gets the real challenges her clients face and brings solutions that work in the messy, complicated world of actual business. Jenny has developed a unique ability to spot the human dynamics that make or break organizational change and design creative solutions that actually work —not just what sounds good in a strategy deck.

The foundation: Her career began at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where she spent nearly a decade building custom leadership development programs, conducting executive assessments and driving culture change for clients like Kellogg's, Novartis, and the World Bank. Here, Jenny discovered her knack for translating complex business challenges into actionable people strategies - a skill that now serves sustainability leaders navigating uncharted territory.

In-house experience: At Hilton Worldwide, Jenny took her consulting expertise in-house, designing and launching three high-visibility development programs that strengthened the company's executive succession pipeline. This experience taught her the art of building influence and driving execution within large, matrixed organizations (as well of lots of interesting things about hotels!).

Start-up leadership: As an early executive at ExecOnline, Jenny joined as the first hire in a new client-facing solutioning & advisory function and built it into a powerhouse team that touched nearly half of all commercial opportunities. She scaled the team from 1 to 7 people during 3x company growth. She led efforts to reimagine the client service approach and developed tools that streamlined complex sales processes. Her work with clients like Takeda, helping them build signature leadership programs for 500+ global leaders, exemplifies her ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Now, bringing people expertise to climate: Today, through Andiamo Advisory, Jenny brings this breadth of experience to organizations tackling complex transformations—particularly at the intersection of sustainability and business change.

Her approach: Jenny thrives on making big changes feel achievable. She's equally comfortable facilitating C-suite strategy sessions and rolling up her sleeves to build training materials from scratch. She loves the variety of challenges she gets to tackle across her Andiamo consulting portfolio.

Beyond work: When she's not helping organizations navigate change, Jenny can be found exploring the evolving world of work, advocating at the federal level for expanded access to IVF as a RESOLVE volunteer, and serving her Arlington VA community as an elected Democratic Precinct Captain. She believes that the future of work should be more human, more sustainable, and more meaningful — values that infuse everything she does.

On the weekend, Jenny enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and spending time with her husband, son and sweet-but-nervous rescue dog.

Based in the Washington DC area, Jenny holds a B.S. in Management from Boston College..
